   I've got a Royal Alloy TG125 scooter that needed a first service and a starter problem to solve.I bought it from Groombridge motorcycles but that closed down last year.The nearest Royal Alloy dealers are Havant and Kent,too far for me on my learner plates!.From the first phone call I found DG reassuring and nothing was a problem for them.They completed my first service and trouble shooted the starter problem and fixed it.The earth wire buried in the scooter had snapped which they replaced with a thicker one and secured it . Thankyou DG for excellent customer service and motorcycle knowhow,all at an affordable price.I will definitely be back for my first Mot and service next year. Big shout out to Junior and the guys who worked on my Scooter. I fully recommend DG for any work needed and any Royal Alloy owners who are struggling for a dealer service.

   Absolutely Brilliant. I had such a great experience here!! The staff were very friendly and great communication, I saw their bike on Autotrader and because I was so far away, I asked if they could do a video of the bike for me. He went one step further and video called me. The bike had a current MOT that finished end of the year I believe. Again they went one step further and gave it a fresh MOT. This was unheard of for me in previous times when buying bikes, unless the MOT was imminent or not valid it was sold as seen. Very happy to have picked it up with 12 months MOT. I had to do a 4 hour train journey to pick it up and a 140 mile journey home. I would do that again if I received the service that I got this time round. I admit there was a small complication with the pick up of the bike, I was due to pick it up on a Saturday however due to an issue with getting a new tyre for it, the bike wasn’t ready, however as disappointed as I was, I couldn’t fault them as this was communicated to me the day before and with plenty of time for me to amend my travel arrangements. I completely agree that somethings are out of businesses control and this is one of them and do not hold it against them. Would highly recommend using this company. Small business that cares about its customers.

   I came in for an Emergency chain repair, after I broke down on the A27. The friendly staff took my bike in and told me what needed doing. Within a few hours I was back on the road for less cost than I initially expected.

   The DG team are always friendly and polite. They have been able to diagnose and repair my bike each time I’ve taken it to them. They gave a really thorough breakdown of what the problem was and how to get me back on the road. The work was carried out when they said it would be & with great customer care, and priced very reasonably! Thanks guys, much appreciated, I’ll be back.

   DG Motorcycles are exceptional! Their service is second to none. Being a novice rider it’s always worrying trying to find a garage I can trust but DG have been and will continue to be my garage of choice! Their staff are informative, helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right! I’ve had soo much respect and consideration from the team when my bike is in for an MOT or service. They explain in detail any work required and why, supplemented with outstanding communication which gives me complete trust and reassure in the service. Their MOT tester Daryl is always honest and reliable to ensure you are 100% safe on your motorcycle he personally assures if any work needs doing it is done to an absolute quality standard.
