I rang A & E and asked for advice about a very noisy washing machine, he (Neil) advised me on a few tips to look out for and was incredibly helpful. This meant I could fix my machine myself and saved me the call out fee. Will definitely use when I need need help and I would 100% recommend. Thanks Neil!
We had tried another company and had an awful experience, so we contacted A and E Domestic Repairs and cannot thank them enough for their incredible service. They phoned me back straight away, and Neil came to see us that same day. With over 20 years of experience, he was able to diagnose the issue within minutes—something the other company had completely missed. He was so helpful in getting the parts we needed and even came late when one part arrived later than we had hoped, so we had a working washing machine within a couple of days. We cannot recommend them enough. We were also given incredibly useful tips and advice on how to look after our washing machine moving forward to prevent further issues.
When I phoned the engineer about my washer/dryer machine I was advised he would only fix it if it was worth it. During this phone call the call out charge was mentioned on several occasions. This did give me alarm bells but I was eager to get the machine fixed. Neil came along. Serious fault in machine but Neil said was worth fixing. £365 pounds later this very rude engineer leaves saying washer/dryer fixed. Washing machine worked but the first time I used the dryer it tripped the electrics. Phoned Neil who then said he wanted another £150 pounds to fix the dryer he had already said he repaired. Would we use him again - NO. Rude man and would have been cheaper to buy a new machine!
Neil was great. He fixed the seal in my washing machine within an hour of calling him. Very friendly. Would recommend.
Great service and very reasonably priced. The engineer arrived within an hour and went above and beyond to install our new machine and test it to make sure it was working properly. In doing so, he found a fault that would otherwise have flooded our kitchen, but he took his time and got it working for us. A very happy customer. Would recommend to anyone in Brighton and Hove.

Super quick response right before Jubilee weekend 2022. Came out in 2 hours. Fixed in about an hour, and installed properly! Great job, and very very good advice on how to treat the machine properly, and his suggested brand of washing machine pods too (the company should get sponsorship from them!) Great job done all round! Very happy with the service!
Neil provided excellent advice on the telephone. With over 20 years experience he has extensive knowledge. He knew what the problem was without having to visit and I was able to fix the problem with the instructions given which avoided a repair or possible new machine purchase. Therefore I would suggest he is trustworthy. Very helpful and friendly service. I am now more aware or how to look after my machine. Highly recommend.
Neil & a colleague from this company came today to fix the old washing machine in my rented flat. They identified the problem quickly, fixed it, and also checked over all other aspects of the machine - thankfully spotting a loose hose, that was close to causing a flood, so they rectified that, and they cleaned up the machine. Overall it was friendly & efficient, good old fashioned customer service, and they clearly know what they're doing, and take pride in doing a good job. Highly recommended!
