I found “FixItWorkshop” after a Google search on ‘fixing a Terry Herbert Anglepoise lamp.’ I read the reviews and it was a ‘no brainier’ to invest in the services of the Fix It Workshop based in Worthing. My father’s lamp, purchased in the late 1960s, is now pride of place in memory of both my parents who would gently rebuke me when I experimented with the angles that could be obtained from the lamp. Matt really is a FIVE STAR repair guru. The repaired lamp with the new wiring, grommets and thorough clean was worth the investment.
A Very Satisfied Customer! My husband bought me this Mini cuckoo clock when I purchased my Mini some 17 years ago. The Mini sits in the 'garage' at the bottom of the clock and on each hour is released from the garage and travels around the outside making the engine noise and sounding the horn. I accidentally broke the clock, snapping off one of the doors and the Mini, so it sat on the kitchen wall for many years with just the clock working. My husband found Matt and the Fix It Workshop on the internet and he agreed to take a look at the clock. He has worked wonders getting it back in good working order and at a very reasonable cost. I can't praise him highly enough. He is friendly, offers a great service and is obviously very dedicated to everything he does. I would not hesitate in recommending him for any of your 'treasures' that need repairing.
Disaster? When the chain switch jammed for one of the two lights on our vintage crystal glass lamp tracking down FixIt-Worthing proved a god'send. As well as repairing the switch Matt also replaced the dodgy old flex. We couldn't have hoped for better. What a great service Matt for which very many thanks. David & Sue

Matt is excellent - great communication, incredibly reasonable and brought our Shark hoover back to life, saving it from the tip. So good, I immediately dropped another item off for him to take a look at. 100% recommend.
I took my Henry hoover to Matt after it stopped working despite no obvious fault. Matt fixed Henry within 24 hours and gave it a really good clean, looked as good as new! Would highly recommend using Matt.
Great service from FixitWorkshop. I had my tired old Kenwood Chef 701A serviced and PAT tested and I'm thrilled with the end result. Matt is very professional and explains the repair procedure thoroughly with a full breakdown of costs and labour charges. This renovation will keep my vintage food mixer going for many years to come - highly recommended.
