   I booked a taxi for 6am to take me to work. I booked two weeks in advance. Mundesley taxi did not arrive. Did not answer any phone call. When I sent a message asking for an explanation as to why he didn’t arrive, I received no response. If a better job had come through, I’d have preferred to have been contacted and my booking cancelled. Obviously, that still would have been annoying, but at least I would’ve have an opportunity to arrange another way of getting to work. As I said, I have asked for an explanation, but received not response. My recommendation would be to use an alternative service.

   Literally couldn’t recommend Jonny more. Our go to taxi driver in Norfolk. I love we can just WhatsApp him instead of having to call (unlike the rest of Norfolk taxi services). He’s always on time. Always does his best to fit you in and it’s always an enjoyable and safe journey.

   Had a taxi booked for tonight at 9pm, got to 20 past and he hadn’t shown up! Phoned him twice, no answer! Gave him until 9:35, still no show so had to walk from Mundesley to Bacton in the dark with children!!! Cheers!

   Jonny is really helpful and kind and if he can't provide your taxi when you need it he sorts it via another company for you so very helpful to me. Appreciate the assistance Jonny gives. I'm disabled and it is easy to get in and out of his vehicle.

   The worst taxi company I have ever had the misfortune of using. I am not local. This taxi company was recommended to me by the hotel I was staying at. I ordered a taxi 24 hours in advance to take me to a wedding that I had travelled 170 miles to attend. They didn’t turn up. When I rang there was an answering machine. I had to therefore drive to the wedding, but I was late and missed it. No explanation from the taxi firm, in fact no contact whatsoever. There would be two moons in the sky and one over the back yard before I would use this firm again. I hope they go out of business very soon, on this showing they will.
