Great experience today. Welcomed by Laura who was very smiley and offered me a cup of tea. Ask about all my details to check all upto date and we chatted about christmas. Arti was fab as always and the dental nurse with her. Always a lovely experience with a lovely team.
Fantastic dentist. First visit today, myself and children. Very nervous first visit for my children, from the reception staff to the dentist and dental assistant they made us all feel very relaxed throughout the whole process.
I had a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience at St Mary’s Dental Practice. During my appointment, one of the dental assistants was literally on her phone scrolling through Amazon instead of paying attention. At reception, the staff were openly gossiping and laughing about another patient who couldn’t afford their procedure, which instantly made me feel unsafe and judged. When I mentioned that I needed to think about the cost of my own treatment, I was met with rude facial expressions that made me feel looked down on. The dentist also misidentified my root canals as simple fillings until she checked the X-ray, and dismissed my concerns about needing caps even though my teeth are brittle and have previously snapped. Overall, the atmosphere felt unprofessional, immature, and not patient-focused at all. I left feeling anxious, unheard, and unwilling to return. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this practice based on my experience.

At last..a practice that really cares! From the minute you walk in there is a warm friendly but professional atmosphere. Treatment plans fully explained. Alternatives discussed and did not feel railroaded into particular options available Caring and patient throughout initial treatment. Talked through every step during treatment More work to be done but less anxious about my dental care than I've ever been! Truly personalised care received. Highly recommended to family and friends. I have tried a few dentists and this one is by far the best dentist I have visited. The practice is clean and well decorated, staff are very knowledgeable, I have never had such and in depth explanation of what is happening with my teeth. It’s usually just an everything is fine, no hidden fees very honest about what needs to be paid. The new patient deal was amazing, I am Very happy :)
Very good! I went to extract a molar tooth. The dentist and the staff who attended me was super calm and objective. I didn't feel any pain during the procedure and even after the anesthesia ended I didn't feel any pain either. I recommend!
My Hygienist this morning was extremely thorough! i happened across a social media post that was for a £59 check-up and hygienist visit. It was the best £59 spent recently. Their attention to detail and communication has been first class!
Great practice! I was suffering very badly with a painful infected tooth and swelling and once the antibiotics had worked Priyen extracted the tooth for me. It was very gentle and has healed great! I would highly recommend this practice to all friends and family!
