Brilliant! Used for my daughter's wedding on 30.04.22. Relaxed and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic family business. Highly recommended.
Removed my previous one star review so I’m adding it again. Turned up 25 mins late which meant my son missed his connecting coach for a very important flight. Ended up costing him a lot more money to get to his destination. Responded to his review to accuse him of not calling them but he had he called twice but got no answer. Don’t remove truthful reviews!! Maybe set your alarm clock next time to be on time for your customer?? EDIT: yes, it was your fault in the first place because you didn't turn up when you were booked. Fact.
Excellent Taxi Service - Was taken to Stansted from Diss , was on time and the fare was the most competitive. Totally recommended
We recently used JBs for a return trip to Stanstead Airport. The cab arrived on time and it was a nice change from driving ourselves and parking the car there. We had a very late return, flight, Jenny was there waiting for us as arranged. Would definitely use JBs again Thank you.
I used this company as I had a family party not being from round the area had no idea on taxis we stayed in stradbroke and was going to wilby a mile down the road and the driver decided to go a long long way round taking 15mins and charged us £15 unfortunately we had to use him on the way back but I told him to turn round as he was gona go the same way It took 5 mins but he still charged £10 never again fort I wouldn't know but hey I checked were it was don't use if your not from the area big rip off
Needed to get to Gatwick, very early in the morning. Booked cab two days before... driver had perfect timing, 3 mins before I ordered it and trip was fine. Recommended.
