Did not turn up, denied all knowledge, refused to answer the phone, left myself and family in a dangerous position stranded. Avoid like the plague.
My husband and I have recently returned from a long trip to America and it was such a great help for us to have Pedro Carvalho take us to Heathrow airport and back from near Swaffham in Norfolk. The car was very comfortable and Pedro was extremely friendly and helpful during both journeys so we would have no hesitation in using the service again or indeed recommending it to friends and family. Was late picking us up, if bus had left on time we would have missed it, lost our address and number even though I sent it by text very disappointing, lady who picked us up tried her hardest to get us there, was not her fault, she was charming

Called yesterday for a taxi after trying several other firms. My ex was kicking off and had demanded a taxi and I was upset so I decided to tell the man on the phone the reason I needed one. He literally laughed and said "well it's not for you is it?" And then hung up!!! Would never recommend!
