A professional service that is both efficient and high in efficacy. I found all of the staff pleasant and approachable. As someone who is very anxious about dentistry the staff were understanding and supportive.
After consultations at 3 local private Dental Clinics I arrived at the Terrace, I felt at ease the minute I walked through the door, at last I was treated as a person not a number. After my initial consultation I was treated by Sally the Hygienist after many years of avoiding this procedure !! I was treated with utmost care, I plan on regular sessions. Next my broken back tooth thanks to cashew nut was extracted by Nick (totally painless) Next Stuart made a chrome cobalt lower denture replacing not only the broken tooth but 2 more that had long gone. Two minor adjustments & I’m good to go. Very happy. well worth 10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I cannot rate Stuart and team highly enough. The service and attention from the team is exemplary and the treatment is fantastic. Rebecca is the best dentist I have ever been to see, and that's in 60 years.
I can’t recommend this dentist highly enough! I’ve always been a really nervous patient and usually dread dental appointments, but from the moment I walked in I felt completely at ease. The whole team were kind, patient and understanding, never rushing me and always checking I was comfortable. Everything was explained clearly in a way that made me feel reassured and in control. During the treatment, they went above and beyond to make sure I was calm and pain-free, and I was honestly surprised at how relaxed I felt in the chair. For the first time in years I left the dentist not only with a healthier smile, but with a huge sense of relief that I’d finally found a place where I feel safe. If you’re anxious about going to the dentist, this is 100% the practice to go to — they’ve completely changed how I feel about dental care.
I cannot praise the staff at The Terrace dental clinic enough for the first class service I received, from the initial phone call to completion of treatment. Stuart, Meg and Laura, members of the team I met during my course of treatment, were welcoming, approachable and friendly, while remaining professional throughout. Stuart is patient, listens to what you want, never makes you feel rushed and it is clear he wants to do the very best for you. I would highly recommend this practice.
