All the girls are great. Friendly and warm. Great system to make sure emergencies are seen. Slightly longer wait in the waiting room but all my treatment was done on the day. The dentist was clear about my treatment. No issues at all. Look forward to seeing the girls in 6 months.
There is no dentist that works there, appointment after appointment gets cancelled. He hasn't come in, he is ill, he's gone on holiday, excuse after excuse. Its got to the point the kids school think we are making appointments up because they never get the work done. Going to look for a new dentist now
Eveytime I book an appointment it gets cancelled. Rude staff , always waiting months on end with no luck last. time I went there I had a tooth taken out and they damaged the one next to it in the process ,and most of all the way he speek to you is disgusting made me very unwelcome no wonder I dont like going to the dentist anymore I can't change to a new dentist till a couple years so there's goes all my teath
Still waiting for treatment after 10 months and 11 cancellations since I first phoned up for an appointment. Used to be a good surgery under previous dentists, but this one is never there.
Re arranged childrens appointments 2 times took 6 months to eventually get there. When we did waited 50 mins in the waiting room, no other patients in, staff didn’t even come to advise they were running later etc- shambles of a surgery
