What a great company! Top customer service, honest, reasonably priced and not pushy. Won't look anywhere else when it comes to A/C maintenance on my vehicles!
Excellent garage and helpful staff. Quickly diagnosed the problem with my AC and worked with my warranty company straight away to try and get it sorted. After some faffing from the warranty company (shocker!), I booked back in with only a few days wait. A big thank you to Gemma on the front desk for her patience and help with the whole situation.

A trustworthy, professional and friendly business that we have used to recharge the A/C gas on our cars. Quick, efficient and helpful service without extortionate charges. If you have A/C problems, then give them a try. They are based in Lancing on Marlborough Road which is easy to get to and easy parking.
Beware! The owner talks a good game but is just spouting rubbish to avoid taking the blame for inadequate work, stay well clear. I had my air con checked, they said £400 to fix it, so I said go ahead. 2 hours later they called to say it would be another £400 as there was more work needed, so I said no thank you and they told me they would only charge £24 for the investigation and would "put it back together as it originally was". 10 days later I get a warning come up, water low, so I topped it up, assuming they had not put quite enough in, but when I check a week later, it is low again. I booked it back in with Chillys to get it corrected as I have never had an issue before. Interestingly, whilst I was waiting to hand my keys over, I heard the owner Shane giving masses of bull**** to another unsatisfied customer, blaming the fact they only drove around town and did not do long runs! This made my suspicious, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I get a call that morning from Shane saying they cannot find a leak and in any case, they did not touch the water system as they did no work on my car. He then said they could charge me to investigate further and look underneath, so they had not even looked underneath for any leak! The long and short of it is that I paid £24 and now have a slow leak which needs topping up every week and I will have to pay a decent garage to sort it out. Seriously, in my opinion you cannot trust they guys at all, please stay well clear.
A very professional service. After taking my car to two other garages, who were unsuccessful in finding the problem with the AC, I thought it was time to seek expert help. After leaving the car for the afternoon I was called and given a comprehensive diagnosis and presented with remedial options. The communication was great and the price was very reasonable. I am very happy with the service and my climate control is finally cool again!
