   We came in today (20/04/21) the BEST customer service we have received in years from Rebecca! Outstanding! We came in to choose wedding rings. Rebecca's knowledge within her industry is amazing, she was very attentive, very approachable and just blinding at her job.    So I ll put one star because it looks it s the minimum i can put for this company. I received a Hugo Boss watch for my birthday (17/01/2020). Ten days later one of the bracelet links got broken i then brought it back to the shop asking if they could remove one of the links as the watch was a tinny bit too big anyway. Both staff at the shop could not care less about my matter. After s few minutes they took the decision to sent it back to their supplier and see what they could. Ten days later i get a texte message telling to pop in the shop. Result : cost to fix the bracelet £124 (price of the watch £100)...... Which mean the bracelet is more expensive than the watche itself????? Very funny....... and what a great customer service. Eventually visited an independent shop near by and got the job done for £10.....

   We visited the store to have the links adjusted in my husband's watch. This was taken into the back of the store and after listening to repetitive banging, the assistant eventually returned with the links adjusted. Upon checking the watch the bracelet had been fitted back together inside out showing both incompetence and a lack of attention by the employee. After yet more time waiting this was eventually rectified. The next day the pins in the watch started working loose and this required a second 20mile trip to the store to be corrected ,this time by the Supervisor, and again after a lengthy wait to complete a basic task. Overall a very disappointing visit and one that has left us with potential problems with the watch being fitted back together incorrectly.
