Had my first visit yesterday, was made to feel very comfortable and everything explained to me really well. Really nice people, would absolutely recommend this dentist surgery
Phoned up for an emergency appointment. The first thing I am asked is "What is your long card number?". No information taken as to the nature of my emergency. I was unfortunately unable to attend due to family issues out of my control. I have emailed repeatedly asking to reschedule and I have been ignored. Due to this, I have asked to be refunded, still ignored. I was hesitant as it was reading the reviews, but this experience just proved them right. All they care about is the money, avoid like the plague.
Was fine for much of our time with them until we wanted to chase an ongoing pre-paid course of treatment. I called on behalf of my partner. Was told that 3 months had elapsed so it had expired, despite them being responsible for arranging the treatment (and failing to do so). Speaking to the lady on reception was like a stuck record. We have registered elsewhere.
I needed an emergency appointment as my crown had detached. The dentist saved my crown and identified that she could help reduce some sensitivity I was having with my teeth. The dentist explained everything to me a did a quick painless treatment. First class treatment
By far the best dentist in the area! Dentists, assistants and receptionists are so nice. Can't recommend this place highly enough.
I’ve only had good experiences with the dentist. The receptionist on the other hand is rude and made me feel awful. She talks to you like you’re a child and has no empathy at all.
Receptionist has a bad attitude and talks down to people. She talks to you like a headmistress talking to a naughty child. No friendliness, no politeness, whatsoever. She also puts the phone down within a millisecond of the conversation ending, which again, is rude and unnecessary. I was thinking of joining this practice but this has put me off so I will go elsewhere. A little common courtesey isn't too much to ask for.
Today I had my tooth removed. Every member of staff is attentative and friendly to deal with. John did an amazing job, I didn't feel a thing, not even when being injected. By far the best dentist, he has your best interests at heart, helps look after your teeth and does everything he can to make sure you're not in pain as he proceeds. Definitely recommend.
Excellent staff, very friendly. I had teeth whitening with Chris. Amazing, worked really well, my teeth is whiter now, after 3 weeks of treatment all the tea-coffee stains on the teeth is gone. Happy with the outcome. Strongly recommend.
