   Disgusted. Had a deep clean paid for in August and the only appointment I could get was in November. This November appointment they cancelled so I was in today. Their records said it was for an check up. I made it plain to the dentist that I was just in for the deep clean from August. Had the clean and then they charged me again, claiming I had the clean in August. Why would I have another deep clean? My patient records are not correct. The receptionists were unhelpful and one even laughed, claiming she was trying to diffuse the situation. It did not help at all. I would not even give it one star.

   Today I rang the dentist @ 9.00 as I had been awake most of the night with toothache. By 11.00 my tooth had been removed & I was on my way home. Becky did an excellent job explaining every stage & reassuring me throughout the proceedure. Where else would you get treatment like this. I feel so lucky to be a patient at this practice.

   I had an appoinment today with Becky for a filling and a scale & polish. This was the first time I had seen Becky for any treatment. From the moment I walked into her surgery, although I am very anxious, I felt completely at ease. Becky explained exactly what she was going to do and said if I wanted her to stop at any time, I was simply to raise my hand. The procedure, although unpleasant, was virtually painless. I am very grateful for her professional care which I felt I had received.

   This dentist is first class I have always been scared of dentists with having a bad experience as a child but this dentist has given me my confidence back. The reception staff are always accommodating & very helpful. My Dentist Rebecca is absolutely amazing she is very reassuring & talks to you making you at ease in the chair & doing any treatment.

   Today was a great day, I had a phobia about dentists since from a young age, after my appointment today which was my first appointment in years, I was really surprised that I actually had nothing to worry about, I was treated absolutely fantastic, my dentist explained everything to me, I had several examinations, I was able to ask her many questions about my plan and there was lots of discussion with no rush or timescale to stick towards. I can not wait for my next appointment, a truly wonderful experience, Many congratulations on a fantastic dental practice.

   Went for a routine appointment (as an nhs patient) as soon as they opened for general appointments after not being fully open over the pandemic. I have a condition with my teeth, that I was born with, but needed no emergency treatment over that time. I was told after my check up that this was the last appointment as an NHS patient because I didn’t come in during the last 2 years (which fell within the pandemic time) I have now been struck off under nhs treatment and now in need of hospital referral but they want me to pay over £50 private check up fee for me to get that referral.

   All the staff are friendly and professional. All the COVID measures have made me feel safe when visiting. The dentist is lovely and has done a great job with patching up a lost filling. I highly recommend them.
