   Very poor drivers. NO64 OLK 6.55pm, Friday 21 november, m20 coast bound,, junction 8 for Leeds castle, Maidstone services. Driver decided to jump the long queue by staying in lane 2, then left exit at last minute forcing his way across. Causing lane 2 to become stationary. Not only dangerous but also not what I expect from a professional driver. If the quality of your services are as good as this driver, I am glad i am not a customer.

   Driver blocking an exit at a business park, appreciated he had not been able to reverse back directly into a parking bay as there were already cars parked in assigned bay, asked driver politely if he would move lorry back if one of the cars moved to enable me to exit, explained I had to leave to collect my son, he slammed his packages down in the back of the truck with no exchange of words - I do hope the packages weren’t fragile or there will not be much left of contents. Will be sure not to use this company if this is how the drivers are and packages are handled
