    Possibly the worst haulier I’ve come across. An AM delivery finally delivered over 2hrs late, even though the delivery destination was 1/2 mile away from Sprint Xpress depot. Really don’t see why Palletforce are even associated with this company.

    Awful service. Our order was three days late. No communication from the company and were uncontactable by landline or email for three days. Communication was ONLY established when posing as a new customer, then an email was promptly answered and subsequently ignored once they found out I was chasing my order. The provider then refuses to issue a credit for late delivery. I'm surprised this company is still in business.

    If you want to keep customers happy don't use this company they ring you promise a morning delivery you wait in no delivery don't answer the phone when you eventually get through after half an hour of ringing you get told tough do you want it or not it will be before 8pm tonight no customer service at all disgusting

    Literally a shambles of a company. We've had previous issues with delivery drivers literally leaving pallets on the road outside our premises. However, this most recent occurrence has left us to leave a review... Supposed to have a delivery on Thursday but then was advised delivery due on Friday; delays happen so no drama. Still no delivery on Friday afternoon - starting to get anxious due to the weekend arriving and having no materials ready for next week (Monday). I ring my supplier for an update and they can't get through to Sprint Express and we also try to call them; we ring untill 6PM with no answer... Monday morning; trying to ring sprint express with no answer; our supplier cannot get through to them; the Haulage hub who use Sprint Express for our area cannot get through to them either. What is going on and where is our delivery! Businesses cannot operate with no delivery of materials and stock! Useless delivery company to say the least.

They offer a friendly and efficient service on the phone when I need to get a price.
