   We had a similar experience as all the other people and are still waiting for the delivery that is needed to finish a job before Christmas for a customer. Chatted with a person on a live chat, which was pointless as they were unable to resolve anything and could not give out a phone number for the depot, therefore they said it would be with us the next day, guess what, it wasn't. So we contacted the supplier of the product who contacted them direct and was told that it would be with us on the 3rd day by 13:00hrs and still not here. I get no joy out of leaving negative reviews but this is effecting our livelihood.

   The so called service provided by this company is atrocious, inept and cavalier. They display an inability to communicate effectively and to structure any worthwhile customer commitment. Never again.

   Paid a lot for an express delivery on a parcel to finish my kitchen, parcel was said to be out for delivery on the Friday so I took the day off work unpaid to wait for the parcel which said it will be delivered between 2 and 14:00, my delivery tracker updated at 16:55 to say Queue too long/wait. Basically they weren't going to deliver my parcel. A completely wasted day off when I could have just gone in to work and earned a day's wages.

   Absolutely shocking service. Delivery failed because of a driver heading back to depot without attempting delivery. No communication to let us know, so we were sat expecting it. I turned up at the depot and rang the door bell numerous times in collections area, and had no answer despite seeing people walking in the office the other side of the door. After getting an answer I was left waiting for a further 20 minutes whilst they looked for the package they told me they knew the location of. Poor communication. Poor service all round.

   I had 3 messages to state my delivery would be between set times. However no delivery and only why to contact was via email. What rubbish I should have been at least informed of delay and given a new time or date. But I waited in all day and no apology . So disappointed . Phone number but it refers you to live chat that’s not working. The organisation feels so unprofessional.

   Very bad service no one calling us and they are rescheduling the delivery without asking us. I am at home all day but they did not deliver the item. They are misleading us with their message. There is no proper tracking no proper number and email for the complaint. Useless service.

   Been emailed twice saying they attempted my delivery but there has been no attempt. No point in rebooking delivery when they DONT EVEN DELIVER. Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with and I still don’t have my parcel….

   The tracking System was not accurate. I was waiting for an official document, I paid 17 pounds for next day delivery but I received 3 days after. Now that I received my item, instead of showing the late delivery as an evidence, the system says that "I have to rearrange the delivery since they missed me" according to it they had two redeliveries, which is not true. At least the courier man was kind. But I would never trust in this service.

   Delivery driver, excellent Ability to contact customer services bl**dy useless Changed delivery via company systems twice and both times acknowledged yet delivery still came when I did not want it. Yried calling and chat services and both have no answering at all In end tried twitter to get contact. Useless company supported by good delivery people
