   Very pleased with InXpress, Olivier Brenot has been fantastic - setting up the account, guiding me thru the process and helping me when either things have been unclear or there has been an issue with the parcels/couriers. In one instance Olivier really went above and beyond to assist. Prices are competitive, so really pleased to continue to use Inexpress.

   I just want to say overall I am very happy with the service I get from InXpress. No courier out there is perfect, but when issues do arise you seem to jump on any issue that crops up really quickly, and get it sorted for us. Although we have had a couple of lost parcels, and a couple of damaged bits, the insurance has always paid out for the value of the items which is a vast improvement on previous carriers with excess charges, and only getting so much value per kilo that means we loose out.

   Disappointed, we used this company for a year then were discharged with a delivery, rather than trying to resolve they have issued court papers, we are now using Parcel2go a lot cheaper!
