   Delivery received, I’d ordered gates for my back garden, no issues with the delivery, but when I asked for them to be put round in the back garden the driver informed me they are no longer able to do this, explained that I had a disability (I’ve had a stroke, with very limited movement in my left side) and I’m unable to lift but still a refusal to do this due to rules and regulations, thanks Tufnells maybe a training course in equality and diversity is required. You’d now be my very last choice In couriers.

   Pity they don't provide tracking like every other courier company does. You just get an email saying it's coming sometime that day. Even a 3-4 hour would be better than nothing.

   I received a text message informing me that my item had been delivered but hadn't. The phone numbers for this company don't connect and it seems that they ignore any emails sent to them. As a customer I would say to any business not to use this courier service. I would rather pay that little bit more than have to deal with a company that doesn't care and are unavailable to speak to .

   This is an appalling delivery company with incompetent staff managing the phones when they eventually answer!! it says a lot for a company who can not find an address when its the only one with the postcode. they need to tell their drivers that they need to open their eyes and look properly for an address rather than just drive back to the yard...

   I'm posting not as a customer, but as a mum whose son is employed by Tuffnells. He has a number of disabilities, but this company has changed my sons life by giving him a job as a warehouse worker sorting out parcels to the trucks to be delivered to customers. He absolutely LOVES it. I give credit where credit is due. Ok I can't say what the service is like, but I can say they are a company that supports people with disabilities.
