Paid $5,500 for consignment to be delivered Monday as per email confirmation. Did not received goods for a further 8 days. Let our customers down losing unhappy customers and thousands of pounds. Spent several hours everyday on the phone to UPS trying to resolve the issue but kept being transferred to different departments who had no idea what was happening. Many promises to sort it out each day from customer services, however did not do anything! Worst service have ever received.

The worst customer service I've ever received. They don't bother collecting parcels and just give excuses for why - "oh we don't speak Portuguese so can't communicate with the drivers", absolutely not good enough. If you are reading this to decide whether to use UPS or another company. Please save yourself the stress and multiple phone calls I had to endure and go with DPD, FeDex or another.

I had a truly frustrating experience at the UPS pickup and dropoff station in Norwich. I went there with my pre-paid UPS label, only to find that the label wouldn't scan. The employee eventually scheduled a home pickup for the following day at 6pm. However, the next day, the driver inexplicably arrived at 1:40pm, well outside the agreed time window. Naturally, I wasn’t home because, like many people, I was at work! They left a “Sorry we missed you” note, but what really upset me was the fact that there was no option to reschedule. What’s the point of arranging a specific time if it’s not going to be respected? When I called they said there's nothing they can do. Absolutely unimpressed with the lack of communication and accountability.

Apparently the parcel was left at my side door at 9am, I don't have a side door and have no idea where my parcel is, also there was someone at my actual home at 9am. How hard is it to read an address?

We used to send parcels with Hermes, but our goods used to arrive damaged on occasions. So we changed to UPS, thinking that by paying 2-3 times more than with Hermes, our parcels would be looked after better. This isn't the case as 4 out of our 5 last deliveries came damaged, showing that parcels with markings this way up were clearly upside down for longer periods of time and parcels with fragile stickers were tossed around with no regard. Plus UPS makes it impossible to claim for damages as they require 7 photos and parcel has to be available to inspect. Imagine asking these from your customers. This is last time we used UPS.

Usual lies of "tried to deliver no-one home" rubbish and then next day "wrong address details etc" absolute lies, both home all day, motion sensing cctv all round the house, no attempts made. The ONLY reason your getting any stars is down to STEVE at the Norwich depot who went and found my parcel and wrote on it for driver to call me if they were "lost" and he printed out a map for the driver. Well done Steve, at least someone there is doing a good job

I order my items ( 2 items ) as i always do with a note for delivery ` if no one at home leave in rear garden`. Items are not left but taken away, i try for about 40 mins on the web site to find how to leave in safe place as i have done with various parcel company's but can find nothing. so i leave a signed notice on window with my phone number to leave in rear garden. One yes one parcel is left not in rear garden but next to porch !!! and the other is taken away !!! with the `this is final attempt ` box ticked. I have now been another an hour and no matter weather i scan, phone or go on the web site the info notice number will not work. So thanks thats now 2 days work lost as i don`t have the materials i need and i don`t know how to get my parcel.

The central customer service of UPS isn't great so I came here to sort out an issue with a parcel which wasn't delivered to the UPS Access Point as it was meant to be, so its delivery would have been delayed to the next working day. I needed the package urgently so I came to the door which was a bit unassuming and difficult to find but the person working there was really helpful in checking where my parcel was and organised for the driver to bring it back at the end of his round and give it back to me there at the depot. I'm really happy with the help I got here, which went far beyond just the service which you pay for, so if you have any issues with a delivery from this depot, I'd recommend going straight to them to get it solved (there's no phone line).
