I wanted to have my old damaged engagement ring redesigned. I spoke to Tan at Gold Arts Eastbourne. A few weeks later as promised he sent me a design and called me to to discuss it. I was excited when I got the call to say it was ready. Tan opened the box and I think I just danced round the shop when I sur3 it, it is so beautiful and 8 live wearing it. I was very impressed with the professionalism, creativity, the high quality of the work and the contact all the way through the process.
