The staff at Shawbirch Dental made my visit today so much easier. The practice is immaculate and the treatment I received was explained fully. Jeremy and Tanya make a formidable team fixing a longstanding issue, I don’t want to go to the dentist anytime soon but if I do it will be Shawbirch. Merry Xmas
Being a very nervous patient I was worried sick when Shawbirch Dental Practice changed hands. I can honestly say that the Dentists, Assistants and Reception staff have been amazing at all times. I really can't thank everyone enough! Lovely people and beautiful practice. 100% recommended !
My first visit to the Practice. As a very anxious patient I was dreading the emergency appointment. However everyone at the practice from the lovely ladies on reception to Chet and his dental nurse made me feel as comfortable as possible and explained the issue I had to me clearly and were gentle and didn’t make me feel stupid for being so afraid. Will be returning in the NY for treatment and regular appointments. Thank you so much to everyone!!
I had to have a root canal procedure and I was so lucky to have the dream team of Jeremy and Tanya. I felt I was in safe hands with Jeremy who is obviously an extremely competent dentist. He made sure I knew what was going on at each step of the way and that I was comfortable. He was ably assisted by Tanya who made me feel reassured and I enjoyed listening to their banter although I couldn't join in!
Absolutely fantastic! Dentists are warm, knowledgeable and professional. Nurses and reception staff are great: easy to secure appointments and it’s great to get text reminders, when an appointment is due. The entire team ensure my family gets the best dental care. Top drawer! Thanks
The Best Dentists. The new takeover at Shawbirch has been fantastic, all the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly and accommodating. Having a medical background myself it is very encouraging and great to see people with such attention and care to detail. Dr Anneka Dr Chetan and Dr Jags are all fantastic and have looked after myself and my husband and children so well, they explain everything clearly as sometimes going to the dentist can be daunting but I have full trust with them all. Thank you for all your help Shawbirch Looking forward to my next visit
Excellent practice with wonderful staff! I have struggled to find a dentist for my family due to covid so I was so glad when Shawbirch said they were taking on new patients. I was even happier after our first appointment with them. All of the staff are extremely welcoming, kind and professional. The two dentists that we have seen are both friendly and informative. Due to past experiences not being good ones I was very nervous for my appointment. There was no need. Even my children felt at ease and have since asked when they’re going back!! Thank you to your whole team.
