   No communication. I sent BritMal a product enquiry by WhatsApp and email using the contact information on their website, but did not receive any reply. I also called both mobile numbers provided on their website several times. One number doesn't work, the other they did not answer or call back. No communication gives a very bad customer experience, I find it hard to trust a company that can't be bothered to respond to customer enquiries.
