   I like the friendly staff, whenever I go in I am greeted with a smile, which is very nice. It is a shame that the shelves are always ,almost empty and you they may not have what you want. It is always clean. Nice place. I am sure they would have more customers if there was more products. Convenient also to pop in, or there is a car park close by.

   Absolutely horrible customer service, the white man at the counter was nothing but rude to my friend when she asked him a simple question; the place stank too, no wonder the shop is so empty, it lacks the fundamentals….customers. I’m never stepping foot in that place again!

   I strongly advice you to stay away from this store. Very unprofessional. I ordered online for 80£ and choose shipping to Sweden unaware the store was located in the UK. I got a very late reply after 2 weeks that they don't ship to Sweden due to Brexit which I fully understand. We agreed that they will refund the amount, but now 4 weeks later I haven't received any refund and they do not reply to my emails.

   Really nice shop. Was very quiet when I entered and was able to browse without being pestered or followed around. Gentleman in the shop was very friendly and helpful and took produce and kept it behind the counter while I continued to peruse the shop. Great variety of produce and good value. The mangoes (Dominican) were amazing. But the best buy was the patties. Too often they are too crumbly and not the nice soft texture they should be, but these were perfect and had a great flavour. I like the fact that there is a loyalty scheme. Overall, a great Caribbean shop and will definitely be returning.
