Limited range due to size of shop. Car parking manged and fines issued if over stay parking read the notice as time limit has reduced.
Only one (1) young staff member available in store!?!? Automated checkout needs dedicated staff member employed watching checkouts, not acceptable that only one staff member on shop floor.. As she was serving at tobacco till , therefore four people on automated checkouts all had red light above there counters had to wait for her to finish. When questioned management not willing to pay staff time!!!! This store gets worse.. Burton is in need of another store !!!! Please… This store is a complete joke..
Staff are always very helpful. However weekends are an absolute joke. 10/15 people queuing to use the self checkouts and absolutely nobody on the tills. Customers starting to get extremely frustrated - doesn’t take the mind of a genius to realise that weekends tend to be a lot busier than the weekdays. Get the tills open on weekends and get somebody on them at all times. A staff member doesn’t particularly need to be restocking breakfast bars when you’ve got a queue of 20 or so people cramped round waiting to pay - especially some of whom are of a generation where technology isn’t a strong point. I urge the store manager to sort this out ASAP.
Was a reasonable local shop but seems to be going downhill a bit recently. All self checkout now too, staff and customers not looking happy about it to be honest. If I wanted to work a till I'd get a job there! Will be keeping visits to a minimum now.
Friendly staff and a good selection of bits you may need, including a rather decent free from section.
Good parking, and larger than many local sized stores. Certainly adequate for your local shopping when you don't want to travel out of the Town.
Doesn't matter what time of the day you go in there are a lot of spaces on the shelf. I wouldn't recommend going when the schools finish for the day as people seem to park in the car park, and not go into shop. But on the plus side staff are always friendly and helpful.
Found on the main High Street. Basically the store needs to be bigger to cope with all of its needs. It's the main one for the town and pretty small. Sometimes not enough parking. It does have a bakery. Till staff not always on the tills, and when they are a smile wouldn't go a miss !!

No staff at tills so we had to use self-service checkout. Unfortunately they are very temperamental. It is a small Sainburys's with a decent enough selection for a convenience shop.
