Been using for several years now for my company for local deliveries and the odd large national one (pallets or man with van). Always really helpful and very competitively priced. Would definitely recommend
We have been working with Roadrunner for a number of years and can honestly say they go above and beyond in terms of customer service. Unlike the national courier companies, which we also use for nationwide deliveries and collections, with Roadrunner we can call up or email, and get through to someone in person - which is incredibly helpful when you have to explain the finer details about delivery times, when to avoid, etc. Paul and his team have helped us out of a muddle on numerous occasions, and I know if I have something a little different to accommodate he is up for the challenge!! In my experience they are a great company to work with and I would definitely recommend them.
These guys went above and beyond! I had forgotten an item (very delicate and valuable) at the local hotel, they went to the hotel, package the item carefully. Then arrange for it to be couriered in the front of their van through the night to Kent. Absolutely brilliant service!
This company should not be able to trade..so I send two chainsaws to a customer..left them with my Neighbour for them to collect.they first told me anyone was in to collect(bare in mind they collect them)told them I had cctv footage(oh sorry was a misunderstanding) Then few days late got a call been told MAIL UK didn't want to delivery my items to my customer because they not wrapped properly bare in mind their driver collected them and went to their depot(a small warehouse in Norwich)if they was not wrapped properly they should not send them out from there.or even collected it from the address. But according to the person I spoke with I was in the wrong and they want me to wrap them again and pay for the delivery again(Must be the manager) This people think they can charge people use a different courier to send the item and when things going wrong they won't accept responsibility. *AVOID*****AVOID I will never use again rather spend more money and no aggravation
DO NOT BE ALONE IN YOUR HOME WHEN DRIVER COMES TO DOOR! Worst company ever! Delivery driver threatened me verbally and then pushed me about. Tried to complain and the managers didn't care at all that they had drivers who are aggressive and enjoy intimidating and attacking women! Be warned!
