Had a really good Experience, I was a bit concerned with costs and procedures but the dentist took his time to explain it all , NHS options available and best way forward for the future. Wasn’t rushed or pressured. Will continue to make it my go to dentist.

Such a fantastic supportive practice. I feel so looked after - I'm a very nervous patient but everyone takes the time to make sure I am OK and my treatment session is carried out with such ease & care.

We registered with this dentist a few years ago but found the lady on the phone to be so rude (I believe may be one of the dentists wives). I didn’t think they were particularly friendly when we visited either so we decided to register elsewhere. I received a reminder today from Pillory Street to say that one of my daughters is two years over due so I telephoned the practice. I explained we never ended up attending as we found the staff to be rude. The lady on the phone offered no apology. Best decision we made was to not attend here after reading other reviews

Absolutely amazing patient care, customer service and extremely caring and knowledgable staff. I was referred by them to have dental extractions done in hospital so even though I didn’t have the work carried out at the practice the aftercare, support and help they gave me was outstanding. Alex was wonderful from the very first visit and explained all of my treatment options and diagnostic imaging with me thoroughly. Steph has been the most attentive and reassuring nurse anyone could ask for following post-op complications. They’ve always found time to help me and I’ll be forever grateful, especially with the added strain of working during a pandemic - what a fabulous team!!

The receptionist is rude and doesn’t listen to what I am attempting to explain. In order to enter an NHS program a simple 10 minute examination is all that is needed for a 5 year old with a medical condition. DENIED....why COVID, but the overweight diabetic who eats poorly and doesn’t brush their teeth is considered a priority because they have a toothache. I can only imagine the lack of ethical and professional care this place would provide. Glad I never visited as I read through other comments. Clearly its we will take the filling NHS payment over the referral.
