Rang for an emergency appointment and the practice has no dentists until 4th January. Dreadful. Will be moving practices in the new year as this place is a joke.
I've been with the surgery at Whitchurch for around 3 years . I can say the service has been nothing but excellent , I've suffered due to a previous experience when I was young however my fears have been severely reduced by the service I've received from advice in regards to maintain better oral health but also gow they don't judge you and help you understand they are just there to help you . Abel has been a lot of help and provides a lot of reassurance along with the rest of the team at this practice . Welcoming, friendly and accommodating on every visit From being someone that suffered and didn't want to go to a dentist with fear to being able to reassuringly go to the dentist and feel comfortable with that shows how good the service is om a one to one basis . I cannot have enough praise for the service I've received from the team at spa dental whitchurch and thank then for what they do and how they do it it's a credit to all the staff so thank you
Great dentist & lovely staff all around. Arrived 30 minutes early to appointment this week, was seen 10 minutes before my initial appointment time and left before this time! Receptionists are kind and helpful and dentist always gives good feedback and all are nice to chat to as well. Highly recommend this practice.
Absolutely shocking practice! Prepayed for my treatment costing £73.50 and a date was set for said treatment only for them to cancel my appointment and moving it to a date a couple of months later which I found bizarre! They then had to cancel that appointment due to the hygiene equipment breaking down.i contacted them every few days to rearrange an appointment but they couldn't give me one. Best thing is they then contacted me to tell me that the time frame for my treatment had expired and that they would have to deduct funds from the money I'd already parted with them to pay for another checkup (under NHS government guidelines) Absolute nonsense! Basically making me pay for errors made on their part.I Contacted them and told them "I'd no longer want to be on their patients list" and demanded my money back, I've still not heard anything or received any money! Currently taking it to the NHS governing bodies as spa dental aren't cooperating! Do not use Spa dental, complete frauds who just want your money but don't want to provide a service! Ps I think the reviews speak for themselves and no replies from spa dental wanting to rectify issues
The team at Spa dental are worth their weight in gold. I have a huge fear of dentist, and the team help to ease you, treat you with the upmost respect, care and dignity. The surgery is always clean and welcoming. They're brilliant with my children- so much so they actually enjoy going and come away full of smiles. They always try their best and offer such helpful advice.
First rate, professional, caring - just a great team. Am nervous of dentists, but both dentist and nurse are by far the best I have ever come across. I do not know what happened in the poor ratings below - but whatever it was has gone. No hesitation in recommending at all.
Absolutely disgusting. Being charged for treatment that im exempt for because there staff wrongfully filled out a form they shouldn't of yet the way the staff speak to you is out of order threatening to take you to court worst dentist ever
Absolutely shocking. I witnessed a member of staff being spoken to appallingly by one of the dentists.
Absolutely appalling. I registered as a private patient as I need some dental work urgently. I have been in pain from toothache for months now. I have left messages and emails asking for an appointment. I do not mind waiting for one, but if you can't even book in, it leaves me no choice, but to go elsewhere. No customer service at all.
Went to Spa Dental for general dental checkup. Overall good experience. Very helpful and professional staff.
