They were running 35 mins late on the 7am to 8am slot at Kingston mk the van was late then a member of staff had to go back and collect paperwork terrible when customers at this time have to get to work or the school run very disappointed

I did Click & Collect which is incredibly efficient. They have 2 bay areas you pull into & they wheel up your groceries. I go before the school run (so, between 7 & 8) & there are few people. As someone who's extremely clinically vulnerable, I felt perfectly safe.
