   Been a regular customer and shopping in this shop for a while. I have been charged wrongly in 2 occations. They scan the product twice and charge you extra. I wouldn't recommend anyone I know of to do their shopping from this shop. So dissapointed and when it's the owner himself who is in the cashier doing these on purpose to double charge the customer.

   Terrible experience at this shop. The meat looked outdated and unhygienic, and the staff were rude, unhelpful, and unfriendly, especially towards Indian customers. Avoid this place at all costs.

   I had a terrible experience at this shop in Wellingborough. They sell meat but also have outdated & in their fridge, which is unhealthy. The owner & staff were rude and unfriendly, especially with Indians, if they see Indians they start bullying and murmering among them, they don't respect our words what we talk what we need, they don't help not even bothering to thank customers. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. Worst behaviour .

   I go here all the time for my daily groceries as this shop is close to me and stocks a wide range. The management is really helpful and friendly but what sets this store apart from all the others is the meat counter - such fresh and a vast variety of high quality meat with reasonable low prices.

   It's got most of the caribbean foods you want just priced as expected a bit high. It's to be expected for international cuisine to cost more. Lay out is great and there walk in freezer keeps the veges fresh...I visit here everything am in Wellingborough.

   Management is very rude towards the Indian community . Please find the conversation of me with the management. When I first visited Wellingborough I been to this shop and went around the isles and found lot of Indian groceries then I asked management is there more indian community in Wellingborough ? You are selling lot of Indian stuff. The management reply for this is “ who will do business with Indians they count for pennies we running this mainly for African people” here the management should not speak like this with a Indian customer.

   Picked up two African products in the course of carrying out my job. Couldn't find what I had been asked to source. Service was really good, explained what I needed and one was stocked, the other a suitable alternative was offered. Rang my client and it was acceptable. Cant fault the customer service. Store a little cramped.
