Used this shop to drop off an Evri parcel and the process was quick and straightforward. Staff were helpful and knew exactly what to do, so there was no waiting around. The shop is convenient if you’re nearby and saves a lot of hassle compared to larger drop-off points. Overall, a handy local spot for parcel returns and collections.
I always receive pleasant service here, whenever I am collecting an Amazon order - very handy. It is obviously because I am such a wonderful person - LOL - they are very nice here.
A good shop with parking out front. Sells alcohol cigarettes vaps daily essentials. You can do amazon parcels and Evri parcel drop off. Very friendly a piller of the community shop. Clean tidy and has a queen Victoria post box outside the front. Easy to drop off my parcels and the staff are prompt and fast at processing large numbers of parcels at one time. I really would highly recommend this parcel drop off for evri as its checkout is close too the door so not long waking up and down.
Avoid/ Not Safe!!!! I had Evri parcels sent here, hoping would be easier when at work. Unfortunately, this store have lost 3 parcels in the past week, despite information showing photo/delivery/signature. I went to collect a parcel today, which again they said they did not have. After much back and forth, I asked if I could take a look, and saw my parcel. The owner/worker said I could not take it even though parcel address matched my ID and the business name on the parcel matched my Evri app. Frustrated (but without raising voice etc), I took my parcel (my property, which they were denying they had - so not theirs to withhold?!). The owner/ worker then followed me out the store onto the street, physically grabbed my arm and my bag, and was aggressive. I would encourage everyone, and especially women, to avoid!
I do not recommend this store to you. They have a girl who serves you poorly and does not pay attention to what she is doing because she is on call all the time. I made a purchase and the product came out bad and when I went to complain and told her the truth, the girl was upset and saying there is nothing else to do. I managed to talk to the owner and he told me that he was not responsible for the product that I should call customer service for the product and they told me that the person who sold it to me would have to give me a replacement. What the owner refused to do and I lost my money. The owner is kind but he can scam you by applying psychology tactics. Be careful with this store. Don't go to this store at all. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would do it.

The lady who works there clearly hates her job, never smiles, miserable and completely unhelpful. The other guys that work there are great, such a shame she lets the place down.
Friendly service, can do hermes drop off here, and like the chewing gum and chocolate etc. from here
