   Aldi is a great supermarket but I am giving this particular branch 3 stars as they are constantly low on stock on many items we buy there. Not sure why this is? I have gone at different times and have had to go elsewhere for my fruit and vegetables or drinks etc. When I have gone to the Olney branch it is always well stocked? Very strange. This is not a reflection of the staff as they are lovely and always helpful.

   Got some decent bits from Aldi this week, this was the Aldi in kettering on the retail park, just off the A14 roundabout, hubby had pack of O-rings,& wire brushes that you attatch to a drill, both £3.99. I got a small sized back pack, big enough for keys, phone,hand gel, & a few other bits, they are sold as anti theft, & they also have cross body bags,& bum bag/pouch style,& i think there were 3 colours, the pullers on the zips are actually carabiner so they clip onto a small d-ring on the side, so can't just be unzipped, the front pocket is the same,& the front pocket has an RFID piece in it to protect cards from being copied, good value at £4.99,& apparently they are slash proof.

   Basic no frills budget supermarket with most household items available. Majority of things are Aldi own brand and some items are very good. Fresh items are debatable on quality, non perishable items can be great value, combined- not so if you have to throw items out for going off too quick. Check out situation is always a mess and stressful with items being scanned and pushed hard against other items with the cashier racing faster then a formula 1 driver, which can result in some items getting squashed. Staff assistance is limited due to low in store numbers which they claim keep costs down. Like all budget stores, layout is basic and often pallets left out reducing walking space. Grocery carts available with a refundable coin. Baskets in store also available. Located in a retail park and plenty of shared parking available.

   A very lovely place full of good produce at low prices, easy to navigate and find all you need, plus a few things you weren't expecting. I went in to see what Halloween selection they had and came out with a full week's worth of shopping for less than I'd usually pay. Very happy shopper
