    Customer service shocking. Came down in November to collect 3 parcels after they werent delivered, waited around for an hour to be told they were lost. Couldn't get refund from supplier so went back onto original email from DHL to see if there was any change, email updated saying parcels ready to collect. Went back to the depot stood in reception for around 15 minutes, a metre away from staff members wasn't seen to until I rang the bell for assistance even though I was right in front of them. Found the parcels, 2 which were smashed up but had no communication from them to say they were found. Absolute joke

    Good service but my only complaint in the Norwich WHSmith shop is the touchpad to fill in your parcel details is on the lower floor, right next to the checkout where people are queuing, then, you have to go to the top floor to have your item packaged and labelled!! Surely it would be better to keep the whole process in one area!
