Shocking. Always messed about. Doorstep lenders expecting payment over phone instead of calling out. They do come to house occasionally. Wrecks credit score when they can't be bothered to knock your door. Don't bother. Go see a credit union instead where rates are really low. There really should be an option for zero stars as even one star is too many for this company that capitalises on poor people's misery
