   My experience with Randolph/Curtis Farrell and this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, this company has shown an appalling lack of professionalism, care, and competence. 1. Poor Mortgage Advice: The advisor provided me with a subpar mortgage offer initially, only searching for better options after I had to flag the issue and push them to do his job. I trusted them to recommend the best product for my situation, but instead, I was met with negligence and laziness. This offer was with Leeds building society and it was clear this was motivated by commission. The service got even more poor after I rejected this offer. 2. Incompetence and Lack of Communication: The advisor seemed clueless about the next steps in the process, leaving me to find out critical details from the estate agent. Calls went unanswered, updates were only provided after repeated chasing, and I was left in the dark about essential progress in my application. My estate agent had to call him directly as he wasn’t answering any calls and wasn’t progressing the application. 3. Failure to Address Property Issues: When the property valuation was flagged by NatWest as unsuitable due to proximity to a petrol station, no alternative solutions or lenders were presented until I demanded them. A good advisor would have proactively explored flexible lenders or discussed the situation in advance, but this was completely overlooked. 4. Unprofessional Behavior: Throughout the process, I felt like my case was an afterthought, with the advisor prioritizing their own convenience over providing quality service. I had to repeatedly chase them to get even basic information. This company epitomizes predatory practices, relying on customers who don’t know better or have the energy to challenge them. Their lack of attention, knowledge, and effort has wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress. I would strongly advise anyone considering Randolph to avoid them at all costs and seek a competent, customer-focused mortgage advisor elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and work with professionals who actually care about your needs.

   Don't bother, they'll waste your time. I've been looking for someone who can help me with my pension and referred me to one of their associates, I asked questions and hoped for a guidance. However, I could only communicate via email, and they always say the same thing 'I'll get back to you' 'Give me a couple of days' and so on. Not once have they given me useful advice, I had to keep emailing them for an update and they seemly keep forgetting I exist, and even one point forgot to inform me they went on a holiday without telling me. Very unprofessional and no organisation whatsoever.

   Alan at Laurel Court Associates has been brilliant at handling my mortgage application. After 2 previously failed mortgage applications with a different broker, Alan stepped in after being highly recommended and it is purely down to his knowledge, hard work and professionalism that, in the end I was able to secure a mortgage. He always dealt with things quickly and kept me regularly updated and answered my emails the same day, which was so important to me given the stress I was under. I am now looking forward to owning my own home, which would never have seemed possible had it not been for Alan's help and I am so grateful.
