Including being professional, knowledgeable and personable Rob listened to ur exact needs and understood our circumstances and explained our options in detail and made sure we got the best possible deal. His communication was consistent and clear and he would check in on parts of the house buying process that didn't involve broking the mortgage and offered us advice and help on other aspects of the process at no extra cost which we found invaluable.    Rob has been absolutely awesome with our house purchase. My partner and I had not done this before so were entering with no clue on what we were doing, not only did Rob run through our many, MANY questions with all the information we needed, but also managed to get us a kickass mortgage for our full offer price over asking.    Both my partner and I have used Rob on 2 occasions now. The first time was to buy our first home and secondly to re-mortgage.
