   Today I shopped at Weston Favell Needing gluten free mince pies I was helped by a charming young lady who we nt out of her way to help' even checking in the stock room and following me around the store to get them to me. Unfortunately I failed to get her name but I was impressed by the service. Your staff are always polite but she gave exceptional help Kathleen Healey

   Best massive supermarket in Northampton, wide range of food and drink, alcohol from an excellent range of Prosecco to Tesco finest and Moet champagne, Tesco low sugar beans, Tesco Caesar Salad, Tesco finest Sea Bass, Tesco mixed vegetables, Tesco chickpeas, Tesco finest fresh salmon with sweet chilli and lime, clothing, footwear, children's clothing, luggage accessories, ring holders, toiletries, pharmacy, opticians, kitchen essentials from herbs and spices to coffee making machines and kettles, champagne and wine glasses, home accessories from artificial pink, red and white roses or real roses to embroidered cushions, large selection of flowers and plants, garden accessories, DVDs, mobile phone accessories, seasonal gifts e.g. Easter Wreaths, Mother's Day gifts to Christmas decorations, a wide range of books where my first book Parachuting in the Name of Charity would be released soon as a sole author due to a deadline, and also sold at Tesco Extra magazines, newspapers, widest selection of greetings cards, towels, bedsheets, pillows, mirrors, photo frames, yoga mats and gym accessories from small weights to leggings. Helpful customer service department, free customer disabled toilets, disabled access and free two hour parking. Fast home delivery online service available too. Environmental friendly walk-in route and disabled wheelchair route accessed by Westone bridge with disabled ramp for wheelchair users in dry weather otherwise bridge occasionally closed if bad weather conditions e.g. if snowing heavily then Westone bridge closed for safety reasons. My first book Parachuting in the name of Charity was released shortly and released worldwide after I bought food from here with my Tesco Clubcard. Thank you for selling me Tesco best champagne flute crystal glasses that were excellent quality. Tesco Extra Weston Favell shopping centre are welcome to my future book launch as advertised on social media soon.

   Thank you to the store assistant today, who helped me when I felt unwell in your store. He fetched me a much needed cold bottle of water and made sure I was ok. He assured me all members of staff were there if I needed any further assistance. All done in a calm reassuring manner.

   A great place to shop with free and convenient parking and vast area of shopping. Unfortunately there’s not a great presence of staffs on the floor to help and ask questions. We spent about fifteen minutes in the wine section selecting the wine and seek help. The security guard spotted us and came around to help but could not answer our questions.

   This Tesco is going downhill. Went there on Sunday lunchtime to get some fresh chicken from the counter after gym session to get some protein. The counter was closed so had to go to restaurant downstairs. That's combined with ridiculous phone app that logs you out of your account so you cannot scan club card to get discounts. Also signal is poor in a shop so can't connect the app to internet either. My short trip there was nothing but frustrating. Will try avoid going next time.

   Friday evening (27/1/23) peak period 6/6.30pm no Scan as you Shop checkout open. I had to queue with the Self Scan shoppers wasting my valuable time. When I asked why the Scan as you Shop wasn’t open I was told there is only two staff on duty ! Not the first time I have experienced this, have encountered at other stores too including Wellingborough. Why when it’s peak period and Tesco are making plenty of money do we have this second rate service and not enough staff to service the Tech services we are so encouraged to use, ridiculous!

   Unbelievably rude cashier with an aggressive tone because I took my phone out at the pump to open up my i wallet and nothing else in preparation for going in to the kiosk. Asking politely would have been fine but saying ‘if I wanted to be rude, you’d know about it’ is wholly unnecessary and unprofessional:(

   Haven't really had any problems here (however I don't do very regular shopping visits). Staff are helpful if you ever need them. Self check out is almost always full to the brink though. They shouldn't have added an extra space for those scanners because it just means there's more people waiting for an exponential amount of time to check out. They rarely have big trolleys (not a problem for me but does annoy alot of parents especially). Other than that it's a great place, great prices, easy to find MOST things and mostly isn't too busy, except for Saturdays. Don't waste your time going on Saturdays if you don't HAVE to.
