   I’m really disappointed with this Lidl. The store is always messy and dirty, especially the middle aisles. The Special Buy sections are never organised and often not updated with the offers shown in the leaflet, which is very frustrating. On top of that, the lady on the till is always rude. She never smiles, never says hello, and her attitude towards customers is miserable every time. It’s such a shame, especially as this is the main Lidl in the town centre and should be setting a better example.

   Poor management. On the 5th of October I spent more than £50 at Lidl. Lidl use a corrupt and disgraceful company called Parking Eye who now require that you put your details in if you use the parking lot. Its a sneaky money making technique where they look to catch you out. There's no reason for them to require this other than an attempt to catch people out. Shocking!

   I can bet on my heart that there are stock items which are cheaper than aldi. This supermarket is my favorite one, I bought eggs, chicken, fruits mostly muscular manly food that a man should consume. I was fully satisfied.

   Overall I love shopping at Lidle. Love the food and the prices. But recently I had a bad experience 25/07/25 around 16.30. It happened at the self checkout where the employee didn't want to help me at the self checkout when i got stuck. She got rude and tells me to figure out myself what to do. After that rudely tells me to do her job - put away the basket that wasn't even mine. I only came for backery. Then starts making a scene with the whole situation for public attention. So unnecessary, and so sad.

   It's always a joy shopping here as almost everything you need is readily available. Staff are welcoming and ready to assist when need be. Place is neat and everything arranged to perfection.

   First visit in years. Bakery area run out of help yourself bags. No staff around to ask. Used veggie bags instead, but had nice sweaty rolls by time i got home. Till queue was awfully long, with only 1 till open. Definitely need more staff

   Would give 0 stars if I could. Shop is okay but the staff suck. Not helpful at all and they overcharge you if they don't know the price of an item. Their machines are constantly broken or you need assistance for the smallest thing because it says unexpected item if something weighs less than 500g. Would not go there again. I have a bad experience every time I go there. Once they had to ID me because an employee thought the lemonade can I had gotten was alcohol when it literally just said it was a sparking lemonade drink.

   Love Lidl bakery so here I’m for my bakery stuff. Location is good right in middle of town centre. Some staff members r really good n helpful but on other hand someday r worst. What I don’t like long queues. They have some really good products which worth value money. Big parking is plus point.
