Lovely session at the gym, relaxing sauna & steam room. The manager, Jay, was super accommodating & friendly. I felt looked after. The place is small so not for everyone but perfect for a one off trial.

Love this place, has been an anchor for me, friendly staff, small place but enough of everything you need and plenty to make it relaxing and enjoyable. Would reccomend.

Nice facilities but quite small. There is a pool, gym, steam room and sauna. The person on the front desk was welcoming and explained how the lockers worked. The changing rooms are quite small as well, only 2 showers. I would have liked there to be a jacuzzi as well. Because of this I would recommend not going in peak hours and weekends. It wasn’t too busy but I wouldn’t have wanted to be any busier as it’s quite tight.

The pool is fine, as are the steam room, sauna and gym. Docking a few stars though as members aren't given any benefits. Half terms and summer holidays are entirely catered towards hotel guests and children making the pool area especially a horrible place to be. They should not allow children into the pool after 5pm so paying members are able to enjoy the pool and other facilities in peace.

Euan at the front desk was extremely helpful and very friendly. He helped me with some spa slippers after I forgot mine, as well as a padlock. Nice little spot near the airport for a workout and sauna/steam. Gym is a little small though with limited equipment.

Small gym, small pool, sauna and steam room. It's a great spot for an evening. It's not luxurious at all but it does the job for some r & r.

Friendly female staff, really make you feel like your part of the city community. The male staff not very friendly at all. Great that it is so central to town and on the seafront. The Hotel restaurant upstairs on the Mezzanine offers Amazing views of the seafront and a great ace to relax after a swim and sauna. Haven't tried the gym yet, it seems ok but small. Its abit expensive compared to other gyms on the front , especially as it doesn't offer classes like Aquarobics.

Much cleaner than the Hilton’s pool and the changing rooms are nice and updated. Lacking a proper pool to do lengths, and a jacuzzi would be ideal for the price. The lighting in the steam room is way too bright as well.

One of the best small gyms in Brighton reasonable price and great to relax and chill out after a workout in the sauna and steam room, also pool is good and it's a nice little community here like a family which I love. Very peaceful atmosphere and helpful staff especially letting me train people here and changing room ain't bad either, like I said not bad for a small gym. The most convenient thing they do is offer you 5-10 day passes so you come wen you want which is ideal
