   Only place in Swansea I can get the correct bedding for my hamsters and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Vince on Wednesday who helped me make up my own food mix to suit all my hamster’s needs. Wouldn’t get this service anywhere else. So happy

   This amazing warehouse is run by people who really know about animals. I buy my raw frozen dog food there, bulk biscuits and piggy ears at lower prices than anywhere else in town. The frozen duck necks are my dogs' favourite. There is always someone on hand to give advice based on real knowledge and experience. I would never shop for my animals anywhere else.

   Need to change my dogs food after going to the vets. Was told to put him xxx ( the more expensive stuff) so came here for some advice. The gentleman that delt with us was really good and his knowledge and advice were very helpful and saved us loads. Will definitely recommend them to everyone and will definitely be back.
