   I love shopping at Lidl in Bedford (Perkins Road). But I have one complaint and I am sure I am not alone. The customer toilet is out of function now for months on end. The door-handle is broken. The sticker on the outside says: Bear with us, we are working hard on solving the problem...... How hard can it be to obtain a new door-handle? It should say: we are hardly working (on this particular problem). Not a happy customer in this aspect, otherwise super-friendly staff and good quality products.

   Disgusted! I go there weekly, I take my bags for life with me- keeping them folded into one bag. I place this on the back of the trolley ready for the tills. Till lady demands to know what’s in my bag. I tell her they are my bags. She asks to look in my bags- I say no. She then says they have cameras and they need to see him my bags.she asks if I’ve been to any other shops and bought shopping. No I have not. The till lady then comes around and stands in front of me and asks to see in my bags again. Very confrontational. Very upsetting for me. And it’s actually not legal to demand to look in my bags and insinuate that I have been shop lifting. I will never go to that shop again after the way I was treated!!

   Friendly, helpful staff. With a vast range of groceries and household goods. This store is pretty big, and looks very clean and tidy, inside and out. The shelves are restocked very well too. There is plenty of parking. Which includes disabled and child parking.

   We go to Bedford once a week on a Sunday for sport, and always stop at the Lidls on the way home. There are three Lidls in Bedford but this is the best one always very clean well stocked and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

   Love going here the bread is second to none but keeps going up in price. It always seems that their prices are low, even lower than other supermarkets reduced section but Lidls are fresh and within date. Love the selection and varieties they have in store. And the weekly specials are always a must buy and suitable for most people.

   Unhelpful & rude staff! Employees always seen inconvenienced by your (my) presence, I'm going to assume they are just rude and not abelist. Iuse a mobility scooter and the Isles are quite narrow. The cakes are nice though

   Large store in a good location which is easy to get to. Large car park which has quite large parking bays which reduces the risk of damaging other vehicles when opening doors. Good range of branded and Lidl brand products. Store has bakery selling fresh bread pastries and rolls. Helpful friendly staff. Sanitizing station available by the store entrance.

   Quite a large LIDL in an easy to access location with a huge car park. Always like LIDL car parking spaces too as they're actually big enough for you to open your door and get out without a squeeze. The store is well presented and well stocked but there are no self checkout tills and they don't open a new till until people are queuing down the isle. Overall it's a good store.
