   No one on the tills when doing a trolley shop. Then self service machine constantly playing up while trying to put through shopping. Not the staff's fault but I dont understand why some shops do not have anyone to serve on the tills.

   Never had an issue but the pushy salesman at the door are getting bad. I have my headphones on to just run in and out without engaging for a few bits, "I know you can hear me" is just pure rude and aggressive.

   This morrisons has really gone downhill recently. There are some lovely staff but nothing seems to get done. The store is filthy a lot of the time. Recently, there was a box of drinks covered in bird poo just discarded to one side. Crates and cardboard left all around the store. Sometimes it's like an obstacle course!

   The Morrisons cafe in Kettering is the worst cafe I have ever been to, 2 staff working on a Sunday dinner, not able to order food at 12.30, most of the tables are dirty, what is supposed to be clean trays had food still on them, and even the mugs still had drink stains. Whoever is in charge needs firing. This place is not even worth 1 star it was that bad.

   Arrived today 12th Feb 23 Still very cold no heating. Went to restaurant and not taking any food orders as two busy the was only 7 tables sat at. Lady said they have stopped taking food orders as the was only 2 staff work!! On a Sunday how stupid. Sort yourself out morrisons Very cold, then went to morrisons restaurant and sat in their over 50 minutes waiting for food and they wasn't even busy . The was about 9 people in restaurant everyone was sat in coats. You need unlimited complimentary hot drinks and also put you heating on.

   No lighting in the carpark at 6pm on a Saturday evening when it's dark, had to use the torch on my phone to see my way around to get into the store. Took me over 10 minutes to find a trolley again using the torch on my phone to get around the carpark. Came out after my shop and all the trolley chains were padlocked to the metal frames so I had to go back into the store to get someone to sort that out as well. A security guard was sent to (supposedly) help but when I pointed out how unsafe it is with no lighting and how much I hate shopping in this store he pointed to his head gesturing that I have a screw loose. Upon asking him his name he asked me why I needed his name when he's trying to help me. (How telling someone they have a screw loose is helping is totally beyond me) Yet another bad service shopping trip in this Awful Store, if I could give minus stars I would!!

   Aflter leaving a good review on my first visit my second visit was very different. I attempted to buy lunch in the cafe but they only had one person doing all the serving and taking orders. She was too busy bringing meals out she didnt have time to take any orders. After standing waiting by the till for about 10 minutes i got fed up and left.

   Went in today, cafe is very cold and everyone was sat in coats. Absolutely no cutlery, no mugs, all waiting to be washed. Ordered our meal online which then got refunded as we were told breakfast menu only (2pm).
