Fantastic friendly staff with so much experience. Always willing to give advice!! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Sarah who owns the salon is a very honest reliable hairdresser. Amy who is self employed within the salon has years of experience always with a smile!! Definitely the best hairdressers i have used. They will not disappoint. Great team
Absolutely disgusted with the customer service to start off with. Went to have my hair done by a lady called Megan who didn’t complete a patch test, not only did she colour my hair, she also coloured my face, neck, forehead and around the ears. Charged me £110 and expected me to walk out looking like a clown. when asked for a part refund she became abusive and got her partner involved who is now stalking my family and making threats. When expressing my concerns to the salon, staff members said they would speak to her and not offer to put this right. The hair colour now has washed out so what a waste of money that was

I have been going to Ambiance hair salon for many years now and absolutely love it!!! The staff are so friendly and attentive. Sarah the manager is wonderful. She always does my hair absolutely beautifully and just how I imagine I want it to look. I couldn't recommend it enough!
Been going for years (all of our team do now!), always has been a top class service. Great girls, gorgeously furnished and always well organised. You always are made to feel welcome, and what is absolutely crucial in the current COVID climate... the safety measures in place are outstanding. As a multidisciplinary clinic we are familiar with infection control procedures and cannot fault Ambiance in how they have adapted in very tough times.
