   Absolutely diabolical. Could not sell me two goldfish today because I could not provide a photograph of my fish tanks Yet they are able to have fish overcrowded in they’re 1000 litre tank which just happens to be compartmented into 9 mini tanks When asked was my tank ready I said yes just under 24 hrs for the new one however the old one where the fish were going was ready….. then to be told sorry I have to take your first answer My VIP membership can be put in that tank I’m cross hands ! The two members of staff were untidy unhelpful and ready to go home Shame on you !!!!

   This is SUCH an amazing store regarding the wonderful, CARING COMPASSIONATE and Knowledgeable staff. You can buy all things for your much loved pet at other stores- but sorry, my Gold Stars rare awarded to to Pets at Home Cross Hands. I have one dog that choses to go and visit them and the store rather than go to the Park!! He's a shy foster and he loves and trusts them. They have turned his life around. They helped me with another foster l had, Merlin. The staff there are AMAZING! The produce is extensive and well priced and the help they give is second to none. They are Number 1 for me! Go and experience for yourself.
