   Dreadful. My girlfriend had an appointment at 17:15 and was finally seen to at 19:45 for a simple broken nail extension. Its incredibly obvious that the only staff member present (although a pleasant person) is incredibly snail-paced in her work and has no concept of turning away people if the schedule is too busy. It was incredibly frustrating for everyone waiting to be seen to at how slow-paced everything was and the icing on the cake was the unnecessary digression with story telling instead of moving on to the next customer quickly. Thoroughly recommend to AVOID at all costs. The service itself was slow and she didnt seem to know where everything was kept. The nail replacement took over 45 minutes for a simple 10 min job.

   So before I had my make up and hair done for prom I went into book with my mum and we stayed I wanted fake lashes and what type of make up I wanted and they said that was perfectly fine anyway the day came and The make up artist I had was so lovely and kind and she did an amazing job. Absolutely stunning. Then while having my hair done by myself because my mum is disabled and couldn’t come i stated that I had had my fake lashes done and the lady moaned and was very rude about it. My hair was finished and it was amazing. Then as a girl who was also having her hair done for prom left they spoke about her very rudely and made me feel very insecure and embarrassed.

   Lived in the area for years dont know how i missed it lol both me and my partner booked in.. lovely salon, great customer service very welcoming, a brew and a chat goes along way.. as for my hair wow, exactly what i asked for colour cut and style.. paid a little more than other salons but came out happier.. thanks ladies see tou once baby has landed.. kat and Ash

   I really didn’t want to do this, but here goes. I was quoted £300 to get my sisters hair from home dye black hair to a blonde. We were told that this would be a lengthy process but doable. After the first visit my sister was left to leave the salon with multi tonal hair, shades of red ginger and black, she was advised that this was normal and had to trust the process, after the second visit she still had multi tones, the root had lifted to a light blonde and the back was still very finger plus still some black. The third visit this being £300 down my sister was still no lighter at the back and now her natural root was going through which was left and the back concentrated on. There was a family holiday booked and there was no way she could go on holiday with her hair like this so booked in again to try and get it lighter, only now was she advised to have a low volume bleach as they didn’t want her hair to fall out. Something didn’t sit right with friends and family so another opinion from a different professional was sought. A strand test was done with a low volume bleach and the results were shocking, the strand test in fact turned to chewing gum and had she turned up for her appointment at beauty box her hair would of fallen out. The new professional advised no more bleach and advised to go a warmer brown to get an even tone throughout her hair so that she wasn’t walking around with multi tonal hair. I have in fact messaged beauty box with all of the above information and I was left waiting for a response whilst they spoke with their colourists, they never once did a strand test, and also have not once offered a part refund just to put this work right. I wouldn’t trust them to do any more work on my sisters hair and neither does she in that fact.

   I visited beauty box hair studio this afternoon and I was politely greeted by the wonderful staff. I had full head dyed and cut and I can't explain how much I love it!!! I dreaded going to the hair dressers for years due to one bad experience but they have been brilliant and will definitely be going back again. Thank you ❤️❤️

   My husband and myself & the kids have been coming to the Beauty Box Hair Studio for 26 years ,we highly recommended the skilled stylists ,I've had many different Cuts & Colours .... Ormbre technic & last week I had my colour changed a little with Balayage technic and I absolutely love it. The girls also are skilled barbers, my husband and sons would never go any where else . There always keeping up with the current trends ,and always have a warm welcome. Definitely highly recommend......5 ***** Steffany & Mark Xx
