Nails ok. But leave you waiting even when you have appointments. Multiple occasions my fiancé has been left waiting an hour or 2 past her appointment time. Why take appointments if you’re not going to follow them and have people who drop in take priority because they got there before appointment time but wasn’t booked? a queue system rather than bookings, just do walk ins OR appointments if you can’t handle managing both. Should say to walk ins you have appointments and you will have to wait for those who have booked appointments. Many hours of days off have been wasted waiting here. The other new shop down the road is very much the same.
