   I've been a regular customer here for over a year. I've had to cancel my appointment last minute today as I have contracted tonsillitis and have been up all night with fever and chills. I called to leave a voicemail and then phoned to ensure the message was received. I re-booked my appointment and was told I would have to pay 50% extra because of the late cancellation. As a family run business and a loyal customer I would have assumed some flexibility and kindness would be applied here. Apparently not. I will be finding somewhere else to have my treatments in the future which is such a shame as I really enjoyed coming here.

   Always a great experience and high quality services here! I’ve had my nails done, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, facials and massages and each time has been faultless. They also occasionally offer really great discounts on their social media that make the services a bargain!

   Really lovely in here, staff are friendly and chatty. I had a tan and wax (not at the same time!) and was really good. Recently the salon has had a makeover itself and this looks really nice and very 'instagram'. Thanks ladies.
