I attended my appointment with very low expectations, this was due to my nails being in terrible condition! Hazel took her time and explained why my nails had become so bad and suggested many different ways to protect them while they grow back! I ended up walking out feeling great and having a plan to rebuild the strength of my nails. They have been great and can’t wait for my next appointment.

I've only been to Hazel twice now and my recent visit was for my wedding nails. I showed Hazel a photo of what I would like and she was very honest and thought something else would look better. I trusted her judgement and was so glad and happy that I did because my nails turned out better than the original photo. My whole experience was fantastic, from the assurance Hazel gave me when booking my appointment to the professional, relaxing service experienced when having my nails done. My nails looked fab & lasted a good 4-5 weeks!! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend & will definitely be returning.
Very professional and clean business. Lovely relaxing room. Love, love, love my nails they look so realistic. Not at all bulky and last well too. Hazel is very friendly and puts such care into her applications and her business. Definitely recommend. Bonus being greeted by little cocoa.
Hazel has been absolutely fabulous fitting myself and 2 family members in last minute, just ahead of Christmas. She was extremely accommodating to our needs, and gave us long lasting nails with beautiful designs. Will be returning to have nails done and will recommend her to everyone in Stoke area!
