   Went shopping on a Sunday morning, able to park easily and shop was not too crowded. Able to find everything we wanted. Overall a good shopping experience.

   We do our weekly shopping here and all of the self checkout workers have seen us come and go. There’s always only one person working in the self checkout and you have to wait at least 10 minutes before they bother to help you. Staff ignores you even after noticing that you’ve been waiting for ages, even with a giant blinking red light on the till. Then another colleague shows up with even more attitude. Price change isn’t done automatically then you’re told you have to go all the way to the aisle to take a picture of the item as they won’t believe you. Doing their job for them. Even after doing all of that they still won’t believe you, but still won’t bother going to check it themselves. You’re stood there looking like you’re a criminal with sheepish faces from other customers. Please train your staff to do a much better job. Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional, like we’ve forced them to work there.

   Stopped by Morrison’s this evening after 10.30pm and got treated to some top-tier attitude. One of my items wouldn’t scan, and instead of doing her job, the staff member gave me a lecture on how I could “help myself” because she had “other customers” though the place was empty. So lady just kept doing her thing, nothing. Sorry for disturbing. When I asked for a manager, she said she’d “send one if she sees any.” Seriously? I ended up leaving it behind. If this is the new standard of service, Morrison’s might want to rethink its training or maybe just hire people who actually want to work with customers

   My recent visit to Morrison was quite impressive. First and foremost, the size of the store is astonishing. They have an extensive fresh salad counter with a variety of dressings, as well as a section where you can get fresh pizzas baked on the spot. The world food section is massive and offers a wide range of international choices. Parking was a breeze due to their spacious parking area, and the added bonus of having a cafe inside the store was a pleasant surprise. But I felt most of the aisles were empty, which might be because we went on a Sunday afternoon. Additionally, the prices were a bit on the higher side.

   I like the variety of sea foods available. It has become a part of me and my daughter to stop by Morrisons after skating. One thing I don't fancy is the self-service check out, the machine plays up a lot and takes more time. One lady who assisted us was not helpful and blamed me for the machine's incapacity, not to mention she assumed and told my daughter off that she was leaning on the baggage area. It was only that particular blond lady, the other staff are superb.

   I needed a pair of gloves but couldn't find any on sale. The lady supervising the self service checkout (I didn't get her name, but it was the morning of 4 March 2023) went round to the warehouse to see if any were left from the previous season stock. Found a pair and brought them over. 10 min of her day for a 50p sale. That's great customer service. Thanks.

   The store is clean and well stocked. The problem is when there is no tills open at 6.50am. Yes its early but I had a lot of shopping including clothes and beer. So we had to wait for someone to come over. She took the clothes then just threw them down. There was NO P'S OR Q'S. Staff think that they are too important to have to do this when they can be doing other jobs.

   Nice wide aisles but bit of a confusing layout. However, I will continue to come here because of the excellent baby changing facilities. Very large room, containing a toilet, fixed changing station, toddler step for the sink and even a (slightly battered) sofa. Not new and shiny, but clean and no funny smells. Possibly the best baby changing facilities I've seen in MK.
