I've had different treatments done at Newcastle Laser and Beauty and each time it has been amazing. Jackie and Melissa are incredibly welcoming and always there to help you with what you need. The salon is so friendly and I love going for my treatments. Highly recommend.
I have been coming to Jackie for over 2 years now for laser hair removal and the moment I met her I felt so welcomed. We spend each session putting the world to rights- such a friendly and down to earth lady. The treatment has worked so well and my confidence had sky rocketed! Jackie is very informative and is great at what she does, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I went firstly for a consultation with Jackie, who was very professional and extremely knowledgeable in her field, put me at ease straight away. Jackie advised the best treatment for me and explained the reason why. I went back for my HIFU treatment a couple of days later and again was greeted by a very professional , but caring service. I have had no issues with my treatment. Will certainly be returning and would highly recommend their services. Jackie is not only professional and knowledgeable but a lovely person.
I regularly have my brows done with Melissa, they are a little unruly but Melisa always gets them spot on! Not forgetting how much we love the 45mins of therapy! I also have b12 injections, facials and a I had a skin tag removed (they also do moles) super quick and left no scarring what so ever. The place is relaxing with good energy and spotless. I highly recommend Melissa and Jackie. Fab ladies who know their stuff and their work is always to the highest standard! I always look forward to going and come away feel empowered! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been to both Melissa and Jackie for treatments (lash lift and facial), the salon as a whole has a warm, friendly atmosphere and I was very happy with my treatments. Got my lashes done for my holiday and they lasted for ages which I was super happy with! Jackie and Melissa are amazing - the hair removal is quick, so efficient and I’ve had great results so far! Ive had LVL lashes before too and the results have lasted me 4+ weeks. Highly recommend!
