   Got my BIAB nails done here (French tip) and the gent who did them was very friendly and extremely thorough. He took his time to make sure they were perfect. Great service and I’ll definitely be using this salon as my new regular.

   Awful customer service, she had me sat waiting for 50 minutes whilst she was on the phone and prioritizing other walk in clients who came after me? I also booked an appointment and arrived on time. Very rude

   As far as service goes, 1 star is already too much. Walked in and asked for a pedicure, they sit me not long after on the chair with my feet soaking in water. I wait while i see two people that arrived after me being served before. I wait longer, no response to me asking how long will it take and on top of that my feet that have now been soaked for over an hour resemble an orange. No respect towards customer service and customers.
